Welcome to VOIXRUNNER. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, game, services, and digital products provided by FARALA LTD (Company Number 17099027), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "our", "us", "VOIXRUNNER") and define the rights and responsibilities of all Users ("you", "your"). By accessing, browsing, registering, playing, or making any purchase on the VOIXRUNNER website (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Platform immediately. These Terms cover registration, gameplay, purchase of virtual currency ("Gems") and digital items, account management, cloud saves, support, and interactions with the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Creation

To fully use the Platform, you must:

Be at least 13 years old; if under 18, obtain parental or guardian consent.
Register an Account with correct and up-to-date information, including a valid email address.
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials; sharing your account is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

Creating an Account allows you to play the game with progress synced across devices, purchase and manage digital content, and contact support. You are responsible for all activities under your Account, including transactions and interactions with support. Account registration requires acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy and Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy.

2. The Game and the Store

VOIXRUNNER is a free-to-play arena-survivor game that runs in your browser, with an optional Store:

The game itself is free to play; no purchase is required to access any gameplay content.
The Store sells Gem packs and custom Gem amounts for real money.
Gems can be exchanged in the Store for cosmetic items (skins, trails, hats, badges) and convenience boosters.
Purchased cosmetics are cosmetic only and do not provide competitive gameplay advantages ("never pay-to-win").
Product descriptions, prices, and Gem amounts are displayed before purchase.

Gems and in-game items are virtual content licensed to you for use within the game. They have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable.

3. Making Purchases

Purchasing on the Platform involves:

Selecting content: Choose a Gem pack or a custom amount in the Store. Prices are displayed in USD.

Consent: Before checkout you must confirm acceptance of these Terms, the Refund Policy, and the Delivery Policy, and consent to immediate delivery of digital content.

Payment: Complete payment via our secure payment provider. Your purchase history is reflected in your account Dashboard.

Delivery: After successful payment, Gems are credited to your account automatically — see our Delivery Policy.

Refunds: Once Gems are credited (and in particular once they are spent), they generally cannot be refunded except as set out in our Refund Policy. If a purchase does not arrive, contact support for assistance.

3.1 Payment Methods

VOIXRUNNER accepts payments through secure third-party payment service providers (currently Stripe). Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and may include:

Credit and debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, and other major card networks);
Digital wallets and online payment solutions (where available).

All payments are processed securely by our authorized payment partners. VOIXRUNNER does not store full payment card details.

By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and fees. Payments must be completed in full before Gems or digital content are delivered to your account.

In case of payment failure, cancellation, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the transaction and withhold delivery until the issue is resolved. Any additional terms imposed by payment providers apply alongside these Terms.

4. Account Features

4.1 Dashboard. View your Gem balance, purchase history, owned and equipped cosmetics, and account details.

4.2 Store. Buy Gem packs, browse cosmetic items by category, and equip or unequip owned items at any time.

4.3 Play. The game runs in your browser on desktop and mobile and can be installed as an app (PWA). Core gameplay also works offline; purchases and account features require a connection.

4.4 Cloud Save. Game progress (unlocks, meta-currency, best scores, danger tiers) is synced to your account so it follows you across devices. We take reasonable care with save data but recommend keeping the same account signed in on your devices.

4.5 Account Settings. Manage your email, password, and profile through the account menu. Manage communication preferences via the unsubscribe options in our emails.

4.6 Support. Contact support by email for purchase, account, or technical issues. We aim to respond within support hours.

5. Responsibilities of Users

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when creating or updating your account.
Use the game and all purchased content only for personal, non-commercial use; resale or transfer of accounts, Gems, or items is prohibited.
Respect the Platform and its systems; avoid hacking, bypassing security, exploiting bugs, or using cheats, bots, or automation.
Not attempt to manipulate Gem balances, purchases, scores, or save data — balances and purchases are verified server-side.

Responsibilities of VOIXRUNNER. We commit to:

Providing clear, accurate, and up-to-date descriptions of Store content.
Delivering purchased Gems and items promptly to your account.
Maintaining data security and privacy as per our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
Offering timely support and assistance by email.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the game, its code, artwork, characters, names, logos, music, and text — is owned by FARALA LTD or its licensors.

You may play and use the Platform for personal purposes only. Copying, reproducing, or distributing content without permission is prohibited. Purchasing Gems or items grants only a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use that content within the game — not ownership of it.

7. Limitations of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." Temporary outages, errors, or inaccuracies may occur.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the game, the Store, or cloud save synchronisation.
Game balance, content, features, and prices may change over time as the game evolves.
Users are responsible for using a supported, up-to-date browser and device.
Where an order issue is determined to be eligible after review, we provide support and may re-issue content or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

Users may terminate their account by submitting a written request via email.
VOIXRUNNER may suspend or terminate an account immediately in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, cheating, abuse, or unlawful activity.

For termination without cause, either party must provide at least 14 days' prior written notice. Termination does not affect completed transactions, previously delivered digital content, or accrued rights and obligations. Upon account deletion, unused Gems and virtual items are forfeited except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Prohibited Jurisdictions

VOIXRUNNER does not provide services, sell products, or conduct business with individuals or entities located in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, trade restrictions, or embargoes imposed by the United Kingdom or other applicable authorities.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a resident of any prohibited jurisdiction, and are not listed on any sanctions or restricted persons list.

We reserve the right to block access, suspend accounts, or cancel transactions where required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Disputes and Chargeback Policy

If you experience an issue with a purchase, you agree to contact VOIXRUNNER support first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

Temporary or permanent suspension of your account;
Revocation of delivered Gems and items where legally permitted;
Recovery actions for amounts owed, including administrative fees.

We reserve the right to provide payment processors with evidence of delivery (crediting), account activity, and transaction records to contest fraudulent or invalid chargebacks. Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Major changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
