Welcome to VOIXRUNNER. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Platform, services, and digital products provided by FARALA LTD (Company Number 17099027), registered office 167-169, 5th Floor, Office 512 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF ("we", "our", "us", "VOIXRUNNER", "the Store") and define the rights and responsibilities of all Users ("you", "your"). By accessing, browsing, registering, or making any purchase on voixrunner.com (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Platform immediately. These Terms cover registration, product selection, purchase, account management, key activation, downloads, support, and interactions with the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Creation

To fully use the Platform, you must:

Be at least 13 years old; if under 18, obtain parental or guardian consent.
Register an Account with correct and up-to-date information, including a valid email and username.
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials; sharing your account is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

Creating an Account allows you to browse, purchase, and manage digital products, sync your game progress across devices, add friends, and play co-op.

You are responsible for all activities under your Account, including transactions and interactions with support.

2. Browsing and Product Discovery

Our Platform is designed to help you explore and discover digital products for the VOIXRUNNER browser game, including gem packs, cosmetic items, and boosters:

Browse by category: pets, backgrounds, trails, and boosters.
Use category tabs and search to quickly find items.
Check item details, rarity, and prices before purchase.

The Platform may provide recommendations based on your activity and previous purchases to enhance your experience. Users are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their device or platform.

3. Making Purchases

Purchasing a digital product on the Platform involves:

Selecting Products: Choose a gem pack or a custom Gem amount in the Store. Prices are displayed in USD.

Payment: Complete payment via secure payment providers integrated into the Platform. Transaction history will be available in your account.

Gem Delivery: After purchase, your Gems appear in the Store and on your Dashboard. Spend them in the Store to unlock cosmetic items and boosters.

Refunds: Once a key is revealed or activated, it cannot be refunded except as set out in our Refund Policy. If the key does not work, contact support for assistance.

3.1 Payment Methods. VOIXRUNNER accepts payments through secure third-party payment service providers. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, currency, and selected products, and may include:

Credit and debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, and other major card networks).

All payments are processed securely by our authorized payment partners. VOIXRUNNER does not store full payment card details.

By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

Payments must be completed in full before digital products or activation keys are delivered to your account.

In case of payment failure, cancellation, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the transaction and withhold delivery of keys until the issue is resolved.

Any additional terms imposed by payment providers apply alongside these Terms.

4. User Journey Features

4.1 Dashboard. View your Gems, your Collection of cosmetic items, your Boosters, and your Purchases. Track details such as purchase date, amount paid, and order reference.

4.2 Account Settings. Update profile information, change email, password, and username.

4.3 Support. Contact support by email or through our Contact us page. Receive assistance for product issues, activation problems, or account inquiries.

Activating Digital Products. Cosmetic items and boosters are tied to your VOIXRUNNER account. Equip cosmetics in the Store or the in-game Hangar, and arm boosters in the Hangar before a run. Boosters are single-use and cannot be reused. If an item does not work as expected, contact support and we will review the order in line with our Refund Policy.

5. Responsibilities of Users

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when creating or updating your account.
Use all purchased products only for personal use; resale or sharing is prohibited.
Respect the Platform and its systems; avoid hacking, bypassing security, or exploiting features.
Comply with the rules of the platform where activation codes are redeemed.

Responsibilities of VOIXRUNNER. We commit to:

Providing clear, accurate, and up-to-date product descriptions and details.
Delivering purchased keys promptly to your account.
Maintaining data security and privacy as per our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
Offering timely support and assistance by email.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including images, text, logos, and software, is owned by VOIXRUNNER or its partners.

You may browse and use the Platform for personal purposes only. Copying, reproducing, or distributing content without permission is prohibited.

Digital Products remain the intellectual property of their respective developers; purchasing a product grants only a limited, non-transferable license.

7. Limitations of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." Temporary outages, errors, or listing inaccuracies may occur.

We cannot guarantee perfect functionality of all activation codes due to external factors such as platform issues or activation requirements listed on the product page.

Users must verify compatibility with their devices and platform accounts before purchase.

Where an order issue is determined to be eligible after review, we provide support and may reissue or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

Users may terminate their account by submitting a written request via email.
VOIXRUNNER may suspend or terminate an account immediately in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

For termination without cause, either party must provide at least 14 days' prior written notice.

Termination does not affect completed transactions, previously delivered digital products, or accrued rights and obligations.

9. Prohibited Jurisdictions

VOIXRUNNER does not provide services, sell products, or conduct business with individuals or entities located in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, trade restrictions, or embargoes imposed by the United Kingdom or other applicable authorities.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a resident of any prohibited jurisdiction, and are not listed on any sanctions or restricted persons list.

We reserve the right to block access, suspend accounts, or cancel transactions where required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Disputes and Chargeback Policy

If you experience an issue with a purchase, you agree to contact VOIXRUNNER support first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

Temporary or permanent suspension of your account;
Revocation of delivered keys or licenses where legally permitted;
Recovery actions for amounts owed, including administrative fees.

We reserve the right to provide payment processors with evidence of delivery, key activation, and account activity to contest fraudulent or invalid chargebacks.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Major changes will be communicated via the Platform or email.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
